He may still lack a arm for all we know. He would be insanely dangerous if he still had it after all. (Without it he cannot preform Chibaku Tensei.)

-Juugo could merge with Sasuke like he did in the kb fight
-Zetsu arm replacement
-Throw the arms in some ice and slap 'em back on with med ninjutsu
