Sasuke's only way to win was to kill Naruto, or make him surrender.

Naruto's only way to win was to save Sasuke, not to kill him.

I don't need to read something I have already understood, look at my signature and comprehend it. Sasuke's whole idea has just been beaten by Naruto. Sasuke wanted to destroy the tailed beasts, kill the kage all this part of his revolution which is now no longer going to happen all this thanks to Naruto.

That would only be a tie in the respect of their physical battle but in Naruto's true fight to make Sasuke see sense and make him stop his Revolution which he succeeded in makes him the overall Victor.
