I say Hanabi inherited possibly chakra from Hamura or some kind of special power and that's why she's been kidnapped. The new villain will use the power to bring hamura and kaguya back. I don't think he's Hamura's direct son, probably just worships him or something, even though he's related to him through the byakugan.
