Even. Naruto was fighting for his life against Kaguya while Sasuke was resting in the desert. Lets not forget who actually fought Kaguya without being repelled every single time.

Sasuke is indeed powerful, but he isnt as strong as Naruto. Manga facts

Sasuke is frustrated because, as I said earlier, he wants this to end as soon as possible because Naruto is his one and only friend. Would you want to spend the entire day harming the one closest to you, or would you rather have it end as soon as possible if it had to happen?

Naruto's last attack was also stated to be done with killing intent, so there goes that. There's also the fact that Sasuke didn't use any snakes, Kagutsuchi, Genjutsu, or Rinnegan abilities aside from one shift and Susano'o, or Chibaku Tensei again. Both he and Naruto had abilities held back by Kishimoto.

Yes, Naruto's chakra has been drained, and he's been using the Bijuu, Nature Energy, and Hagoromo's power as substitutes. Naruto's own batteries hit low, so he swapped them for other people's, and now that those have run out and he's back to his own, he's in trouble.

-Your second also don't make sense, naruto still has all the beasts chakra in him which is all he had in the first place

Naruto has a small fraction of them in him, Sasuke has the entire beasts in him.

And even after Naruto died, who put in more work when it came to fighting Kaguya? As the other guy stated, Naruto fought and dealt more damage while Sasuke got sent to a desert and was bumbling around like a buffoon.

Except Naruto did have resets. When his tanks chakra quantity hit zero, he stopped pulling from his own chakra, and started pulling from Kurama. When Kurama hit low and needed to recharge, he pulled from Nature Energy. When Kurama recharged, he started using his again. When the Sage power boosted him, he added it to his Nature Energy and Bijuu chakra. Naruto basically hit zero in his own reserves, and started using the 100% reserves from other sources. Now his other sources are gone/compromised, so he's stuck with his zero sources. Naruto hasn't been running on an empty tank, he just switched out his tanks whenever they depleted with new, full ones.
