[Discussion] Naruto clone possibility.

I'm a big sasuke fan. And I really thought that there is no way that Naruto would be able to fool Sasuke with a clone now that Sasuke is about to pierce Naruto with chidori
I thought after absorbing some kyuubi chakra. He reactivated his rinnegan but on re-reading the chapter. I've noticed that his rinnegan eye is still closed. Not only that, but his sharingan eye is in its normal sharingan form and not EMS. So I really doubt he'd be able to tell If it's a clone.

In conclusion. Ive realised that the Naruto that's about to be hit could really be a clone. Highly plausible. For old times sake.

I doubt he could tell if that was the real Naruto if he was still using his Rinnegan. Naruto has developed his Shadow clones so well that they tricked the likes of Kaguya.

To be fair, Kaguya barely used her Byakugan. She only activated it when they got close, then deactivated it once she put some distance between her and them.

Nah. Sasuke is being shipped as the second coming of madara. He's even supposed to have surpassed him. Madara could always tell which Naruto is a clone and which isn't. So Sasuke should too. Probably in EMS. Or rinnegan mode or something.

I don't understand the physics behind being able to form a single rasengan under water without disturbing it least of all two of them to me the most realistic options here are the one Sasuke attacks is a clone and will go poof or Naruto will catch the attack TNJ him about never giving up and send Sasuke flying.

Though that's true in most situations, here Naruto's clones are shown to take several hits before going poof so it isn't a stretch to say the one below Sasuke is one.

I don't know what you're looking at, but I saw the clones all poof after being hit.

Even a shuriken poofed them.

The page where they were seen hit by the 3 Shuriken thrown by Sasuke, one is still seen along with the real body so like I said these aren't just any clones.

The clones are no different than any other clones Naruto has made.

And it definitely isn't going to last through several hits.

So Sasuke Chidori'd a clone before it poofed, because he thought it was the real one. And after the real Naruto hit Sasuke it did poof.

That doesn't mean a clone can survive multiple hits.

It better not be a clone. These are the final chapters of the manga, Kishi has got to find a more intriging way for Naruto to counter. I mean, yes Naruto could clone substitute all day. But the redudancy of the technique will really dumb down the entire battle. He already surprised Sasuke once with a clone sub here

And if he does it again, it really plays down the intelligence of Sasuke. I hate Sasuke, but he's not an idiot, he wouldn't be fooled twice by the same technique in one battle. AND I don't think Kishi will do the obvious.

Kishi has to have something surprising in store to make it an EPIC Naruto moment. It can't be a clone.

Maybe he catches it barehanded with a bit of the Kyubi charaka to sustain damage. Kinda like he did to Kabuto
