How can Kakashi use Multiple Shadow Clone Technique?

I always was wondered how he could you such technique, which requires large chakra pool.

Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is different to Kage Bunshin no Jutsu.

In which case, I don't recall him using the former - only a fake version in the LoW arc.

]. The Bunshin no jutsu and Kage Bunshin no jutsu have different handseals. The Bunshin no jutsu's handseal(clone technique) is Ram → Snake → Tiger

Secondly why would he say Kage Bunshin if he used a normal Bunshin technique?

Thirdly it's also said in the databook that Kakashi used a tajuu kage bunshin at that point in time. The only question you must ask yourself is why is he capable of doing that and you can only ask that when you don't understand the working of the technique

It requires a equal balance of chakra distributed by the castor.

Kiba has shown to make one and kakashi never made more than 3 at a time.

He can only make like 1 and not for long. Naruto uses the multi-shadow clone technique which requires much more chakra (usually makes 5+ clones) as opposed to 1.

What do you mean? Shadow clone evenly distributed your chakra amongst them but if you make too much clones that splits your chakra too thin then you can't use jutsus that require a certain among of chakra. Example, if part 1 Kakashi can only use 4 lightning blades and he makes 5 or more clones then none of his clones can make even 1 lightning blade. Naruto can use a large clone amount while still being able to use his jutsus no problem.

I'm on board for the idea that it was a bluff. No way could Kakashi at that time make all them clones, especially after using Raikiri.
