Since they bijuu are Parts of the Juubi which is basically natural energy, it's not that much of an ass pull that the bijuu themselves can Use/Controll natural energy.

What does it matter? Sasuke had senjutsu sealed in CM which was mixed with Oro's chakra yet when released he got senjutsu in same way kurama's chakra should be working if it ever was nature energy.

A curse mark seal and a jinchuuriki seal are different. And did Sasuke became a sage with CM? No.

That's irrelevant, kurama was done overtaking him, kurama's chakra never granted SM or BSM and it was never shown to absorb nature energy.

Chakras can be combined that pretty basic knowledge.

Ignoring how Sasuke controlled the Bijuu chakra 'almost at the Sage's level', didn't use genjutsu, didn't use petra path on Naruto or his abilities, when doing that, he would have ended the fight from the get go. Kcm is Naruto shelving his own chakra and just using the foxes.
Bm is the combining their chakra.
Bsm is like the previous but add sage mode.
Rikudo sage mode is like the previous but add the other beast chakra to it.

On a side note, I think it's hilarious kurama can gather natural chakra. Naruto relies on kyuubi most of the series, finally gets mother freaking sage mode, the epitomy of badassness and ends up losing to pain and needing kyuubi anyway

Now after getting all the bijuus chakra, he wastes it all by recklessly Spamming the same two techniques and then kurama is all "Oh yea I'll gather you some natural chakra. Yup, I could do it all along"

Sage mode was supposed to make naruto powerful on his own but he still needs 99% of the chakra in existence and ends up wasting it anyway. Then kurama completely over shadows him.

Naruto pretty much used up everything he had. He barely had enough chakra to stay alive- and that's why he used the Kyuubi's. As I said, he mostly used it when he ran out of his own, just like in that case.

Kurama can be sensed as he is a conscious being. Or are you saying that Hashirama's, Jiraiya's, Kabuto's or Naruto's ...etc chakra can't be sensed either when they are in Sage Mode?
