Naruto doesn't have chakra left but...

He still has senjutsu. Since this requires natural energy he wouldn't need chakra. He was fighting in his Rukido form the whole time. But now that nobody has any chakra why doesn't he just go into sage mode without the tailed beast chakra? Like he did when he saved guy from madara :

He would overpower sasuke if he did this. And since its natural energy sasuke can't absorb it or this would happen to him :

One needs to have chakra to enter SM. Naruto barely has any chakra left, if he tries to absorb natural energy as he is now he will turn into a frog statue long before he even thinks of attacking sasuke.

As I have said over a dozen times, naruto's best bet is to sweep kick sasuke

Naruto has just been pushing himself immensely. And every so often he is rewarded a power up to replenish some Chakra. Keep in mind how fatigued Sasuke and Naruto (mostly Naruto due to longer participation in the war) are mentally. The Chakra weaving also should become slow of this but not totally gone. And he has Huge chakra reserves

Yeah but chakra isn't required to 'go into' sage mode. If he were to make an attempt the natural energy would just mix in with what little chakra he has. I think that what it means...

Senjutsu needs to be balanced with the users own chakra to go into sage mode. Senjutsu alone isn't enough.

Actually, Sasuke should be able to absorb senjutsu. Just not too much and that quantity is proportionate to his chakra. Pain had no issue absorbing FRS and he even took Naruto out of SM, but it was only when Naruto decided to continuously draw in Nature energy that Pain turned to a frog. Also in order to use SM you need a large chakra pool.

He could also prepared a shadow clone, that gather natural energy and undo the jutsu and the senjutsu chakra will go back to Naruto.
Like he used when he fought pain.

If blind madara can absorb senjutsu and call it as if it was nothing but still solo alliance why can't sasuke? Yes he's weak atm but so is Naruto, sasuke should have the ability to absorb it no problem, same as touching madara's rods no problem.

Senjutsu requires his own chakra. Its a mixture of his chakra(Yin and Yang) with natures chakra. If he doesn't have enough chakra (which he himself doesnt, and neither does Kurama) he will be turned into a toad. Once Kurama has gathered enough chakra, because he can then use this chakra (Kurama's Yin and Yang) as the mixture for natural chakra, because of this, he can not only go into sage mode but most likely Bijuu Sage Mode.

edit - nvm about Bijuu sage mode. He could just go into that pre six paths sage mode.

First off that complete ridiculousness. Sasuke is not asura pain who couldn't absorb large amounts of senjutsu without being turned to stone because of that body not being compatible with nature energy. Sasuke however is compatible with nature energy proven by orochimaru and shown by sasuke for a long time and on different occasions. Curse mark is senjutsu and sasuke had it for over 1/3 of the series. Sasuke also is compatible with senjutsu as stated by orochimaru saying sasuke is compatible with senjutsu given by juugo and sasuke absorbed juugo senjutsu to make senjutsu susano.
