Combinations-strategies
I thought of a strategy, tell me if it would work out. using a sensory type bio, as my opponent is attacking me, I'd have a clone create a normal mud wall infront of me, then I'd use the Lightning Blade technique, after having sensed my opponents' position behind the wall, to pierce the wall and attack my opponent from a blind spot (if he doesn't have doujutsu).

Ways to counter this technique
Because a normal bio would have to be in short range to use it, I could use the Vacuum Wave technique to defend from my opponents' attack, and I'd counter him with an attack on my own.

You Doing the jutsu
I start of by performing the required hand seals, I then focus a massive amount of raiton chakra into my hands and then using nature & shape manipulation I create an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori, I simply dash forward towards the tree and cut it in one sweap motion.

Notes: Yes when I had a kakashi bio it was pretty useful but even those who specialize in lightning cannot use it up to his capabilities, but I advise you specialize in lightning if you really want to use this technique the best you can. Now for your combo it would be a good combination however the enemy would be able to hear Raikiri or chidori from behind the wall and could react by moving back or what not. As for your counter it might work if the enemy has to charge toward you and perform the handseals. If you need a quicker counter on par with the a 1 handseal or no handseal version I might suggest a fast Raiton attack of your own or this wind jutsu

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Description: After performing the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger the user will release a massive amount of lighting chakra which he uses to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all over the users body. The light can blind any enemy that sees it but its main ability is that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, the user can use it as a cover to put the enemy into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the enemy from noticing the genjutsu was placed.
Note: Can follow with any Genjutsu the user knows up to A-Rank but needs to have mastered Genjutsu. The user will need to effectively spend two moves, performing both the Lightning Illusion and the Genjutsu; the first only serves as a cover to place the second unnoticed

Combinations-strategies
you can use this technique as a decoy, you can layer it with a genjutsu up to A-rank. I'd use it together with the Crushing Snake Constriction Technique, as to him, it would also seem like his movements are constricted, which would make it easier for me to finish him.

I'd use the Earth Shelter Technique technique to block out the blinding light.

Description: The user surrounds themselves with earth, taken from the immediate vicinity, in order to fabricate a formation of rock that is capable of protecting both the user and others in close proximity, if desired. Doing so, seemingly leaves the surrounding terrain unaltered, even when the quantity of earth used is enough to form a complete dome around multiple individuals as seen when Ittan used this technique. The user can also manipulate the resulting shelter to have openings in it so as to be able to observe outside, as demonstrated when used by Kitsuchi.

You Doing the jutsu
I start of perform the required hand seals and focus the required raiton chakra all over my body, as I have gathered sufficient and I'm at a position which allows to me use it, I release it from all over my body in the form of blinding light, leaving him blinded, at the same I perform a genjutsu, which he didn't notice that was being performed on him because of the light, as he's able to see again, it's already too late for him to react.

Strong points

- Doesn't require hand seals
- Releases in the form of a massive 120º blast of lightning
- Spreads out from the hand, meaning that aiming it should be easy

Weak points

- Only goes in a forward matter, so it's not that flexible
- Only up to mid range (dunno if that can even be called a weak point)
- Because it only goes forward, it leaves you vulnerable to attacks from the other sides

Combinations-strategies
I'd use the Rock Pillar Prison Technique to "contain" my opponent, or atleast to block his vision, so when he's out of the "prison" he wouldn't have much time to evade the incoming blast.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Rat → Horse → Dog → Snake and they then create a large amount of rock pillars to rise from under ground. They can then be controlled to surround their opponent and create a bamboo-like prison of rock.

Ways to counter this technique
I'd use the Tornado Wall technique to warp the way the blast is going, because of the size of the tornadoes, the blast would be stopped and the tornadoes would continue attacking my opponent.

Description: The user does the Ram hand seal and generates a large wall of 5 Tall tornadoes in front of him that are sent towards the opponent. A flying summoning with a wind affinity can create this technique by simply flapping their wings to generate the wind for the technique.

I start of by focussing the required chakra into my right hand, as I have gathered sufficient chakra for this technique, using nature & shape manipulation, I create a chidori in that hand, I then point towards my opponent and release it in the for of a massive 120º blast of lightning that spreads outwards and forward towards the enemy.

OVERVIEW: Good job on the techs. Another method for trapping the enemy would be the Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment: It traps the enemy, but because of it being water you can electrocute the enemy on contact. Also they can't use their own Raiton attacks. For the first jutsu most people use the snake constriction jutsu for gen based attacks so it is a basic move but I feel a lot of experienced RP'ers will be used to countering that (but dont let that stop you from trying this gen. ^^, force them to prove they are good enough.) Back to the second jutsu, it is good when facing multiple or large enemies as it is a pretty large blast of Raiton. It is no secret to what you are doing. I like this tech when I am going for kill shots you know because it can't really be dodged laterally. It would be better to counter a technique like this. It is pretty fast as well. Only downside is you can move back to long range to avoid it. Next jutsu are the last.

Description: This technique requires the user to firstly create a shadow clone. Then, each of them will activate the Lightning Cutter on opposite hands to one another. Connecting the two techniques together, forming a chain of sorts, they are then able to use the resulting beam to slice through objects with great ease.
Note: Must first have a shadow clone in the field.

Description:The user starts off by dashing at his opponent with a Chidori in his hand. As they strikes his opponent, they uses shape manipulation to extend the Chidori into a lightning spear that impales and hurtles the opponent into the air. The user then increases the potency of the lightning, generating a powerful electric explosion at the end of the spear and sending the enemy back to the ground.
Note: Only the spear extention can reach up to mid range.
