Marde Geer... What a boss... And Mavis, the girl in the Crystal... how, when, why??? Nice to see Wendy again!
Next chapters are gonna be epic... For Mavis sake Where are the others guildes? If Sabertooth twins had been able to go there, I assume the others would be able to show up! With all Tartaros murders and Magnolia destructions, they should be aware of What's going on!

Ok, it was really cool to see the other characters again, and I'll say it again this week, we are back once again with the cool chapters of tartaros. Let's keep having this kinds of chapter. Now, gray seems to have found something important, it'll play a good role soon, not sure if it'll change the battle currently. We will also see laxus soon, that's great. I didn't really predict the mavis stuff, so it's interesting to know she will be a key point in all of this.

"Mard Geer is Mard Geer", this dude is beast, so it was Mavis after all, what in the world did Gray find, maybe something belonging to his father? That said, Makarov is awesome, some pages Hiro draws are just the best, almost as good as Saeki Shun almost, and like most of this arc the suspense is killing me

I liked the way Natsu combined his moves, but Marde is just OP. Looks like a lot of things are being revealed in this arc, Makes me wonder what arcs will be after this one.

Superb chapter. Mard Geer is much tougher than expected. Boy, can't imagine how vicious E.N.D. will be. Nice to see a lot of the characters again. So mavis vermillion is the girl in the crystal as well as lumen histore, huh? Hiro, why can't you just release two chapters in the same week?!

UPDATE: I also now understand why Warren was unable to communicate throughout the entire continent. That makes a lot of sense. I was sure that Lumen Histoire was going to be used after Face got activated, but it seems to me that there may be hopes. I'm also hoping Gray will have a much bigger role soon, like stepping in with Natsu, Sting and Rogue for the fight against Mard Geer.

Oh for ****s sake. Mard Geer was stunning as always, but the Lumen Histoire reveal?? IT SUCKED. I still remembered the first time that Gildarts saw it. He was about to shit his pants. ''I don't even know how to describe it". I was expecting sooooo much from it god damn...
And when Ivan talked about how it was Fairy Tail's darkness, shit got even more intense. 2/5 for meeee

Mard Geer is too OP for all of the protagonists, he basically took no damage from any of the three Dragon Slayers. In order to defeat him I can see 2 things happening:-
1. Natsu turns into END and kills him there, since he has kept the book down it might mean something to the plot.

2. Grey coming into the fight with his new found powers (and he discovered a thing too) and then they all defeating him. Since now Grey is a "devil slayer" his magic should work much better as compared to the "dragon slayers" (as in GMC arc we saw "Dragon slayers" were more effective against dragons) against Mard as he is a demon.

I hate it when such beast doesn't get serious against his opponents... Mard Geer should've already beaten the $h!t out of'em...

This Mard is the most boring villain in history of shonen.

Good to see others in this chapter. Mavis' body is Lumen Historie?? Waiting to see how will that help FT. Maybe, she will fight Mard after all mages lost their powers or maybe she will somehow return their powers.

Gray will still have his magic post face... Its more of a curse than regular magic.. However it might not be enough to bring down Mard

-Gray finding something, better be useful
-END's Book is now sitting by itself, could this foreshadow a twist in how END will come out?
-Mavis is Lumen Histoire, I guess I see why Gildarts was so shocked. Its not everyday you see the 1st Master of a Guild sleeping in a crystal alive
-Laxus might come into the picture soon, if Gajeel and the others find Porlyusica soon.

5/5 of course. But since FACE is about to activate, will Lumen Histoire work? And will END immediately come out of the book once it happens? He is by himself atm, Mard Geer isn't holding his book now
