Intel: Full for Mei, none for the team (except that she's Mizukage) - they might underestimate her.
Distance: 250 ft.
Prep time: 1 week for Mei, none for the team. Yes, she can get a lot of Kunai bombs and train for the battle in which she has intel during this week of prep.
Note: Hinata won't be useless in this fight - she'll be just like she was when she trained to save Naruto.


Scenario 1: Normal fight.
Scenario 2: Mei's side-kick bodyguards come to join her.

Sakura and Temari are smart too. Temari using Kirkiri Mai distracts Mei and propels Sakura towards her for a final blow.

Mei's mist covering over a 50m radius and staying there in an open field, even though it canonically can't, is nothing but an exaggeration of her capabilities. So no, they don't get their eyes burnt out. Temari blows it away and they proceed to finish Mei off.
