Naruto using kurama not a big deal

People say naruto is relying on kurama too much in this fight, its not like kurama is fighting for him, and their chackra is now one. People then say why naruto does not use his own power, then why does sasuke not use his normal eyes, Sasuke has a kekkei genkai and naruto has kurama, if you have it then you use it. You could prob call kurama a ninja tool.
