It won't happen and/or would be bad writing anyway, because...
-She's too far away to get there in time. Kakashi wouldn't allow her to go, anyway.
-She wouldn't lay a hand on Sasuke. It would be more likely that she'd attempt to hug him than kill him. (Yes, I'm serious.)
-Even in Sasuke's weakened state, his speed still outclasses her. She can't land a hit if she tried.
-Sakura's not exactly the stealthiest shinobi anyway. Sasuke would notice her coming and take her out early on.
-Sakura is the 12th most popular in the series. Sasuke is the 2nd most popular after Naruto. Kishimoto isn't messing with the fandom to that degree. He likes his money.
-Sasuke is Kishi's fave character to draw, Sakura isn't even on his radar. Kishimoto likes Sasuke very much, he's not going to humiliate him with a character he doesn't care much for.
-Sakura woke up wondering about Sasuke first. She has more concern for him than she does Naruto. She wouldn't save Naruto in a fashion that would physically hurt Sasuke.
tl;dr= It's not happening. If it did, it would be bs. Plain and simple. U_U

In a way it would fit the bill of Ashura's way. Winning by the support of those who support him. Leaving sasuke to see that as long as naruto has close comrades...he will never lose.
To us, the fans, we'd be pissed...talk shit about kishi until our lungs collapse and be salty that we even gave our tine to this manga.
P s. Naruto fans would be on serious damage control and sasuke fans would make threads for the next month or so about how sasuke is a Sologod etc

Not really.
It would be bad for Sasuke's character as well, he was essentially just beaten and his revolution stopped by someone he has constantly called annoying.
It would be bad for his character in the long run as well.

Something involving Sakura is definitely gonna go down although I hate it.I mean Kishi could have kept her unconscious till the very end of the fight if she was to do just healing the two but he woke her up right in the middle of it
As far as distance goes,Kishi has alreayd destroyed all sense of distance in the manga as of now considering how fast Naruto and Sasuke alternate between the VoTE and the tree during the fight.It could happen although unlikely

Everyone had invested at least 15 chapters worth for the final fight so everyone is already disappointed so it cant be ruined any more than it already is although this chapter cliffhanger was awesome
