The problem is that Sasuke always steals the spotlight of naruto. So they keep him away, so fans wont rage to have series name changed

I'm picturing Sasuke to act like Piccolo during th DBZ movies. When the main character is in danger, Sasuke swoops in to save the day. This is assuming that his ties to the leaf and naruto are smooth.
