I think it's a side text which Kishi wrote. Sasuke doesn't have time to think of a name to his jutsus and most importantly, he doesn't give a fvck about being Indra. That's how his character is.

Indra may have inherited Hagoromo's genetics for Yin. But he never actually received the Yin Seal itself.

But Indra is already as strong as Prime Sasuke since he can also use Indra's arrow. Which is beyond Juubi level.

Basically, because of Indra's Arrow, Indra is on this level

It's either author side text, or Sasuke inherited knowledge of Indra from the Yin chakra. He wouldn't attribute a technique to someone he doesn't care about unless he knew it was already their technique.

Everything suggests Indra had this technique. What kind of writing would it be if Indra didn't have it?
