Sasuke can't sense chakra like obito, he won't know when kamui will be used. Besides sasuke failed to react to kaguya's portal where as kakashi was able to warp it away.

From the above scan we can see that kakashi's kamui snipe was able to warp both kaguya's attack and portal, Sasuke couldn't even use his S/T to react to kaguya. Unless you are trying to say sasuke is a sensor and has instantaneous reflexes.

Too bad sasuke's reflexes aren't instant.
