OT: IIRC: Hiashi has no real reaction feats to assume he can anticipate or do much to a Susano'o arrow. So, Sasuke low to mid diff? I might be over selling Hiashi, but I've seen some pretty damn good arguments for him in the past.

EDIT: I can back up my opinion.

- Hiashi was able to react to Juubi's waving it's tails attack.
- Hiashi empty palm carried powerfull force to push Juubi tails back...
- Hiashi has no side effect while MS Sasuke with Kage summot was not even able to use above Sussano v2.

The more fair and interesting match would be Hiashi Hyuuga vs Post Danzo battle healed/recovered MS Sasuke

He can air wall sasuke's susano'o for the lulz while sasuke is feeling pain from every cell in his body..

rib-cage coated by Ama is air palmed into the wall while Ama is knocked away by large palm rotations or stage 1 chakra armour.

Genjutsu is countered by non eye contact via info and byakugan..

Based on the fact that he unlocked that version of susano'o after danzo pushed him to the breaking point.
Sasuke never showed the ability to use susano'o arrows at the summit and the fact that it was his hatred that caused him to unlock these higher levels seems to indicate that he never had them before..
Its just progression.

We hav no evidence of standard rotation with full spin being broken by anything,not to mention large rotations..

We have no reason to think susano'o arrows can breach rotation as the technique can knock away chakra and am sure those arrows are made of chakra.

Not to mention hiashi can expell a large amount of chakra for stage 1 rotation which should alter the course of sasuke's arrow similarly to danzo..

Hiashi has a shot at this.

Nope and nope. Progression had nothing to do with it here. There's literally nothing indicating that Sasuke could not use his Susano half an hour earlier, nothing. I see no reason to why he can't mould his own Susano chakra into an arrow the second he was capable of using Susano, which happened the very moment he earned his MS.
