Both were tremendously nerfed. A severely weakened Naruto managed to duke it out with Sasuke with the bjiuu
showing that Naruto at full power would have utterly demolished Sasuke. Yet at the same time, Sasuke is being nerfed
in that he isn't using like half his powers such as absorbing all those outrageous attacks from Naruto and using the
different paths more often. Unless... Sasuke just doesn't have the same capability to handle THAT MUCH nature energy
like Naruto since his powers are ocular based and not body based in which case those statements of
Serious RSM Naruto >> Rinnegan Sasuke would be true.

Sasuke didn't need bijuus to kill Naruto. He could have ended the fight when he teleported behind Naruto; a simple soul rip instead of a chidori would do.

He could have used shinra tensei to repel all jutsus via deva path or absorption via preta path. Even without bijuu Sasuke is far stronger than Naruto.

You were the first one to post fanfiction. Naruto hasn't displayed omyodon and Sasuke has hagoromo's chakra which is a form of senjutsu.

Senjutsu chakra is safe to absorb. Unbalanced Natural energy is what causes frog transformation.

Sasuke is familiar with Senjutsu and Natural energy via CM as well.

Just like With Madara, Kishi has written humself in a corner with Sasuke's powers.
Last chapter showed he is able to use preta path, a couple of chapters ago he was seen using deva path.
Why doesn't he use those more often? Because he would utterly rape Naruto! He would demolish him.
The two rasenganballs he threw at Sasuke could have been absorbed by Sasuke, leaving only Naruto with the damage.
He could have used bansho tennin/shinra tensei to put Naruto out of balance and Rinneshift to him and kill him. He could have used human path to soul rip Naruto when they where using taijutsu.

The Rinnegan is broken and OP as **** and if this fight would be realistic Sasuke would have won, simply because the Rinnegan is way too versatile.
Now its just gonna end with Naruto catching Sasuke's chidori hand and freeing everyone while making the sign.

True, but if we go with the worst case senario; Sasuke for some strange reason cant control it altough he has used it in the past, even then he would be safe because the senjutsu is already mixed into a ninjutsu.

Juubi chakra is a form of senjutsu. Sasuke merged all nine chakras into one at the level of Rikudu, thus yeilding juubi chakra.

He never tried, that was another jutsu used by the Naraka path or smthng like that. There is a path that can rip the soul out of someone, it was used on Shizune, and wanted to use it on Yamato to know his knowledge but it was stated it would kill him directly after that.
