That has yet to be proven. But since I have no proof I guess I'll take your word

Rikudou Mode is faster, stronger, has the Senjutsu of the Six Paths and access to every single Bijuu's ability, on top of Kurama's. And he gains Truth Seeking orbs with the huge possibility (it might have been confirmed when the Susano'o arrow was negated by his orb) of Onmyoudon as well. BSM Naruto is Yang Kurama only with a bit of Naruto's own Toad Sage Mode. It's far below RSM.

I believe rikudo naruto has access to all bijuu's forms and chakra so theoretically, he can probably use all chakra nature easily

Not quite Bsm naruto has the chakra of 2,3,4,5,6,7,9 tails, bsm naruto misses the chakra of 1 and 8 tails.
On the other hand rikudo naruto has all 9 tail beast chakra, besides from TSB and flying which are pretty op powerups, rikudo naruto has the jesuslike ability of instant healing and rebuilding body parts that are gone like kakashi´s eye, and so far rikudo naruto has shown to be faster than BSM naruto and also rikudo naruto has shown to be able to use the chakra nature of everyone of the tail beast inside of him and can blend the chakra natures as he pleases something BSM naruto wasnt capable of, besides of the obvious chakra boost and a likely healing factor on the same level that juubito and juudara
