A common misconception about ending of the IT

The seals are not what are needed to undo the IT. Infact the moment they
were used for the chibaku tensei, their usefullness ended. The IT was cast
by the bijuu chakra and the rinnegan and these are what is needed to end the
IT not the seals as hagoromo mentioned below.

So naruto and sasuke clashing their left and right hand to undo the IT is not
the right way to end the IT and if kishimoto does that, he would go against
his own mangafact

A lot of people have been posting recently that naruto woud grab sasukes chidori and their seals would clash and end the IT. That is why i made this thread

Sasuke possessing all the requirements to end Mugen Tsukuyomi is the reason he doesn't need the help of Naruto

It does not state that he's superior to Naruto or vice versa .​

The real key here to undo IT is Sasuke.
He knows that and he is taking advantage of it.
Sasuke won't cancel the IT if Naruto is alive.
He is forcing Naruto to fight him without the intend to kill.

If Sasuke die , this is the end of Narutoverse , Sakura have some work to repopulate the planet.
In short , Naruto needs to keep Sasuke alive.

I don't see many possibilities for the IT to end:

1/Sasuke will undo IT when Naruto will be dead.
2/Sasuke is forced to undo IT by Naruto and the chakra of the beasts (that he has inside him or the chakra that has been freed from Sasuke's genjutsu , like Sakura).
3/Sasuke changes his mind.
4/Madara will turn good and undo IT while Sasuke and Naruto are falling out of chakra (or dying).

Logically speaking I concur with the OP. Many people refuse the logical cancellation methods, but if Kishi were consistent, there is logical process based on the IT itself. As Madara did, the IT proceed in two steps: (1) Cast a Genjutsu with the Sharinnegan, and (2) Perform a worldwide Mokuton Jutsu (Shinjukai Koutan).

Thus, logically speaking, to stop IT, it is necessary to reverse the two processes by: (1) Perform a reverse ShinjuKai Koutan, and (2) Cancel the Genjutsu when the people are exposed.

The only problem with this method is that the Sasuketards are afraid of Naruto showing a mouton Jutsu. If Naruto does show it, it will mean that Naruto was at god level all this time, and this means he was just playing with Sasuke. However, this logic is actually beautiful and it will let Naruto show for the first time is being Ashura making the Ashura reincarnation line consistent with Hashirama just as Sasuke and Madara are.

In my opinion, if Kishi does not let Naruto use Mokuton, I will be convinced that there will be part 3. This would justify why he still is being cheap on the main character's feats. As far as Sasuke is concerned, he is done with power up for his eyes.

Part 3 based solely on Naruto not using Mokuton? I dunno man.

Infinite Tsukuyomi uses Rinnegan and Juubi's power to cast. So Rinnegan + Bijuu power to undo it makes perfect sense.
