Th-Th-THUNDER CATS *insert dramatic battle cry here*, In a flash of thunder Ragna appears after thunder cat reference, Hello I'm Ragna your new teacher and hopefuly I can get you to become better than me at Raiton usage, and it all starts here. Yes Raiton has the reputation of being the fastest basic element in the NW whether its in its natural state or not, Kirin is so fast that it can only be stopped or avoided by automatic defenses like Susano'o, or other extremely fast techniques like FTG. So it can cut through almost anything that is solid (Lightning Cutter) and can also be used to paralyze an enemy(Nagasgi) beyond measure, then you have techs like Kirin made for pure destruction. Raiton can easily be applied to most metal weapons as it conducts the Raiton and gains its piercing/cutting ability. You might see this often with kenjutsu type fighters. Some of its techs might require le stormy conditions but other than that Raiton jutsus are usually channeled by the user himself meaning terrain never really matters as you will most likely be able to use it unless you're like underwater or waist deep in it. LMAO. You know its basic weaknesses and strengths, but here are some more.
Le solids>>Lightning can easily cut through solid material
Lava is weak to Raiton
Wood is weak to Raiton
Crystal is weak to Raiton
Ice is weak to Raiton
Steel is weak to Raiton
Sand is weak to Raiton
Dead Bone Pulse is weak to Raiton
Notice how these are solids?
Strong to Scorch because they cant be dehydrated, neutral to Dust cuz it cant be disentagrated, can diffuse detonation in Blast release, lightning can eliminate shadows around you if used properly.
Paper is actually strong to Raiton as iis the viberations that produce its cutting power, and lightning cannot be effectively channeled through paper so it is actually double weak to Paper.
Raiton is also weak to Dark release which absorbs forms of raw energy like fire, storm, lightning.
Raiton can also contend with magnetism if the enemy is in contact with the metal they are using. It can also disrupt the magnetic field though it is neutral in this regard.
Be careful around rain as in certain cases Rain jutsus can get you electrocuted should you use Raiton.
KG: Raiton mastery is required in Blast Release, Dark Release, Sound Release, and Swift Release

This is a very basic lighting jutsu as you are just creating basic forms and manipulation of Raiton. Feel free to attack me with it, as I don't feel a theat from jutsu such as this. Be as descriptive as possible with your performance. Here is the template amd explanaions of why they are there.
Uses: How could this jutsu be used and in what situations would you have to use it, creative uses, any uses outside of battle any uses outside of attacking?
The number one thing of effectively using a jutsu is knowing the right time to use them. You will see as we continue that all of these jutsus are of the earth element but they cannot all be used in the same situation, for the same purposes. Having an A rank earth jutsu is useless if you don’t know how and when to use it.
Counters: Specifically how would you counter this jutsu, and name drawbacks of this jutsu
Strange huh learning a counter to your jutsu but if you know what the drawbacks of your own jutsu are you can effectively prepare to cover that drawback with other strategies and you can predict opponents nexts moves preparing appropriate strategies ahead of time. Think of specific jutsu counters if you can but for D ranks since a multitude of things can counter it you may list generic drawbacks as well.
Combinations: Specific combinations including this jutsu
As you know you can perform 3 jutsus per turn. I doubt you will just be sending this one jutsu out and leave yourself open to combination attacks so this will help you develop a base for what works and what doesn’t work with this jutsu.
Jutsu Rating: Admittedly I picked this one up from NK sensei (when he was sensei). I like this because it will develop your thoughts on your fighting style. You will have an affinity to use some jutsus more than others that is just a fact. I want you to rate from 1-10 based on how much YOU like this jutsu. Just because it is S rank does not mean it will get a 9 or 10 or that you will even like using it, what matters is if you are comfortable using it in your style of fighting so rate it and tell me why you gave it that rating.

Perform: Waaiz focuses his raw chakra om his hand and then he thinks everything about lightening his senpai thought him and then he feels a current running inside his body then he focuses that Raiton chakra on his hand releases the bolts at his sensei and gives him a minor shock.
Uses: I would transfer this raiton chakra to my legs and arns and then fight , it would be a lot effective
Counters: I medium sized fireball to get him lost his attention
Combination: A water jutsu and then boom , he is fried.

I simply counter with the same attack to neutralize it so that their are no injuries on either side.

So if you were going against this jutsu fire would be the wrong way to go unless it was solid. Even a high rank earth would be a better choice. You see my whole body become enveloped in Raiton as I use Nagashi to counter your surge of chakra.
Try harder to think of some counters to this D rank Raiton. If you can't counter this then how can I move on to C or S ranks for that matter. LOL I will not let my students off easy.
The kunai is a no but yes you can use an earth technique to send the lightning out of range. However you could simply counter with your own technique that is similar to this one. Create a large break in the ground so the current cannot continue. Use a fuuton technique to cancel the lightning. It is a d rank technique that can only be used short range so I wouldn't try and play around trying to counter this with an earth technique especially a low ranked one, you better use a C rank earth tech if you insist on doing that. Better to counter with fuuton or Raiton at that range. Even a wave of Suiton (that is not in contact with you) can stop the attack. Its fairly easy to counter.
Now go ahead and perform this next one. With a wave of your palm you will unleash a wave of lightning bolts forward.

NOTES: You can use it mid range as well but if you had a golden opportunity yea its relatively fast compared to a lot of jutsus since it does not require handseals but it can still easily be countered. If the enemy is connected to the water or trapped by it then this would be a good attack to pressure the enemy but as you get further in training you would probably prefer other techs. One note is I am not too sure about the crack in the ground. The description itself makes me believe this is not a current that needs a medium so if you're mid range you're probably getting hit.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to create a wave of electricity from the user's hands. This jutsu can vary in power from a small surge to shock an opponent to a powerful stream of lightning capable of ripping through solid rock. It is ideal to use in conjunction with a water jutsu.

Waaiz performs the handseals Tiger → Snake→ Dog and focuses on his raw chakra and send it towards his hands abd then he applies nature transformation to it and change its properties in to Lightning properties then he releases it from his hand the hits the the three clones amd poof'em away.

Chakra is the energy that is formed through the passive combination of both the Physical and the Spiritual energies in a sentient being (every living being with a conscious mind has chakra). Physical energy corresponds to the vitality of the body and its own energy. Spiritual energy corresponds to the mind or spirit, and comes from the awareness and "soul" of each sentient being. Some ninjas have high levels of chakra because they have great physical energy (like the Akimichi or even Tsunade) and others because of their spiritual energy (like the Uchiha and the Yamanaka). However, its much more difficult to increase the spiritual energy than the physical one, thus why all ninjas pass through intensive physical workout.

I dont know much about it but Genjutsu or Illusionary arts deals with chakra sending to opponents mind to mix his chakra to his and make the opponent confuse and make him see diffrent diffrent things. It deals with 4 senses hearing, feel,vision and smell, It requires chakra and hand seals.
Elemental Ninjutsu
Well, This like changing our chakra in to the 5 basic elements by applying nature transformation to our chakra. Umm.. the basic 5 elements are Katon,Suiton,Doton,Futon and Raiton, It deals with releasing the natured chakra from our Tenketsus and This is mainly used in fighting. Uh Thats all i Know.
Raiton
It is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement. The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leave them vulnerable to a finishing strike. While unfocused lightning can be infused into bladed weapons in a way similar to Wind Release through chakra flow for increased piercing power through vibrations, with the added effect of inducing numbness. When the technique is released from their bodies, and thus not requiring physical contact, it does not move as fast as true lightning. Instead, due to the control the user has to exert over it, it moves far slower, which can give opponents time to still react. It is weak to Wind and Strong to Water in a different way, and Earth.

This type of lightning was made famous when Sasuke used the Nagashi. Mainly lightning is considered something that will pierce anything, however unfocused lightning does not do that. It is a traveling circuit of electricity, that can move along almost any conductive material of lightning, such as metal, earth, and water. Regular lightning would just pierce right through (water not as much however since its a natural conductor), unfocused lightning can easily run through it making combos a thing of beauty. Realize that some unfocused lightning can in fact tear through objects if commanded by or through the specific component of the technique. It does not necessarily have the same damage output either, it is not as lethal, it does have a very strong paralyzing effect to it that can numb and hinder an opponents movement with ease. Making it useful against fast pace opponent, it travels at the same speed and moves pretty forward depending on aim. It can be used with many creative things and its limits are bound only to the person controlling it.

There exists two types of Genjutsu: the passive, non chakra fueled ones (basically illusions to our senses like visual paradoxes and such which have little use in the RP and can be easily overcome through experience and logic) and the active, chakra fueled ones. Within the active chakra fueled ones two subtypes exist: Dojutsu fueled Genjutsu and Normal Genjutsu.
Genjutsu works by using chakra to disturb the chakra flow of the opponent, specially in the brain, altering his senses. By doing this you can make him perceive any thing his senses are capable of: pain, heat, cold, tickles, iching, etc etc. A ninja can make the opponent taste, smell, feel, see or hear anything he wants. However, because this is done by using your chakra to manipulate his chakra flow, the ninja needs to be close or, many times, have direct eye contact or even physical contact. This is the main limitation of Genjutsu: range. The further you are away from your opponent, the harder it is to induce the fluctuation on his chakra flow to produce the genjutsu.

Its powered by chakra but in a different way than Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, as you don't need to mold chakra to perform Taijutsu (as seen in Rock Lee's case). Chakra in Taijutsu acts as the fuel, powering the body through its moves, specially in terms of Physical energy. The main characteristic of Taijutsu is that it can be combined with several other areas of a ninja's arsenal, such as Kenjutsu or Ninjutsu (in this case producing Nintaijutsu). This makes Taijutsu the basic skill every ninja has to have.
Taijutsu can be advanced through mastery of the Eigh Inner Gates. These are "limiters" that exist within the chakra circulatory system and that regulate and limit the chakra output, keeping it at safe levels, thus keeping the body safe. Through intense training and skill, a ninja can unlock them gaining access to increased chakra output and, through that, increased physical power. However, doing so damages the body and may even lead to death.

The "key" is a variation of the technique only known to those who create it, thus disabling the probability of the seal being released by someone else; it can be a given set of handseals or even a DNA imprint (through a blood contract). However, even if most seals may work in this simple fashion, some more advanced seals work in many other ways. Even if you take into account that all seals must be triggered/fueled by chakra, they must all have a medium in which to seal away the target.
Because seals are fueled by chakra, they become weakened through time, as the chakra that was expended to create and maintain it, becomes consumed.
