This isn't wether Kizaru can beat the character or not. This is simply about how far Kizaru can get by just speedblitzing the character.

It doesn't matter if the speed was illustrated in slow motion or not, what matters is the speed. He hit all of them so fast, they couldn't even move to defend themselves, he even hit one of them so fast, they didn't even see his leg as it was inches from his face. It's speedblitzing, through and through.

He's an admiral. And his devil fruit... Is light. These two alone should be reason enough for him to be able to blitz 90% of op characters... But evidently most people consider reacting to the speed of light a lightweight feat.
