Simple: Sakura woke up for a reason, probably to save Naruto or Sasuke. She will stop one of them from killing the other with tnj. But it won't be sasuke, she already tried talking him down and he Genjutsu'd her. Therefore she will stop Naruto meaning Sasuke will have lost but not died.

Nah, I saw one theory where naruto did a hand sign performing the shadow clones and the one sasuke is about to attack now is a shadow clone. Besides Sakura is to far away to stop the fight.
