If by ems sasuke you include PERFECT SUSANO then hell no actually as far as i remember a 6 tailed naruto that fought pain had no control over his chakra meaning it was kyubbi doing the fight i don't think kyubbi can win it as you saw the amazing difeerence on naruto s chakra if the owner has control over bijuu half on 9 tails chakra can match all of the bijus s chakra including sasukes but if it doesn't have control i don't think it can win anyway this is my opinion
