But Sharingan allows for the user to read movements and act accordingly. Yet Sasuke has yet to dodge any of Narutos attacks.

Is he moving that fast that Sasuke cant react to it or is Sasuke just tanking the hits knowing Sakura and Karin will heal them?

I think since he used alomost all of his chakra he's to tired to dodge just like naruto. Or he doesn't want to dodge because it's to much energy being taken away from the final blow

Do you mean in general or in the latest chapter? Generally Naruto has faster foot speed than Sasuke and as we saw in Saauke vs A, he can't see the speed too well nor physically react. In the latest chapter Sasuke is exhausted so can't react as well as he can just as Naruto can't move as well as he can (falling over).
