This is more of what I'm leaning to as well. I believe the real Naruto is there but there may be a clone around. Either that, or Sasuke will stop his attack mid-way. We've seen Sasuke make questionable faces prior to the fight and during the fight, he desperately wants Naruto to fall so he can get it over with already. Now that he's got the satisfaction of Naruto going all out, he wants nothing else of the fight but his death. He wants to get it over with already because he's struggling with the fact that he is trying to kill him.
