What about this one?

Same thing. I provided the fact already.

Sasuke has done Chidori without building up speed at all (like when he punctured Naruto's lung). That quote applied to Kakashi back in the day, but both Sensei and Student have surpassed that limit.

The basic need for Sharingan is still there. Which is why Chidori dissipated once Sasuke returned to base mode in this chapter.

If you talk about Sasuke losing the MS, this was when he fought Kakashi, a fight that was after Sasuke tried to kill Sakura.

In the panel I posted, Sasuke used Chidori with no Sharingan, this before losing the MS.

He still had it. The indication of somewhat blurriness in the eye shows the deterioration. He had MS activated. Just like Itachi had Susanoo up with grey/black eyes.

Sasuke had his MS deteriorated and experienced blurriness during his fight with Kakashi.

When he tried to kill Sakura, his MS was simply turned off, as he was able later to activate it against Kakashi.

If Sasuke already had MS deteriorated then, he would not have been able to activate it later.

I don't think he deactivated it at all. That's the thing. The same logic is applied to Naruto and his FRS. He can't execute it without SM or KCM.

No sir. Lack of chakra, sir. His sharingan was even still active when his chidori dissipated. Please don't argue against facts, sir.

Idk if i can agree with that. It doesnt look like a fading MS to me.

I stand corrected there. Just checked the chapter.

In chapter 392, Itachi's MS deteriorated so bad that his eyes were white with little black dots in them. Susanoo was activated.

What facts? I'm applying the logic of the need of Sharingan and MS's deterioration to justify my reasoning. Add Naruto's case with FRS in and it's plausible. It's one of those things that we have to logically deduce. Sort of like arguing whether Sasuke can use Tsukuyomi or not.

However, we have seen susanoo being used with no eyes at all.

I knew you'd use that argument. Which beats me, we'll never get that reasoning from Kishimoto. But then again, that was Madara on juice.

Sasuke using Chidori here, no MS present.

Sasuke powering up, using Susano'o. MS present (after he attacked Sakura with Chidori)

Clearly, his eyes were not deteriorating or he would not have been able to activate his MS and us (the reader) viably see it right here. His eyes should of been black (with a white sheet) and not have shown his MS.
He didn't activate it to use Chidori against Sakura, because he didn't need to.

There are quite a few things this chapter tells us.

- Sasuke's strongest attack is Indra's Arrow
- Kurama confirms that Naruto's chakra after the whole war is specially low
- Amaterasu is nothing more than a distraction for Naruto
- Naruto made a Rasengan with one hand without SM (finally)
- Sasuke can't use Chidori without Sharingan (some people knew that, but some denied it)

- Sasuke doesn't regard Rinnegan as Uchiha clan's eye (we somewhat knew that but confirmation is nice)
- Sasuke uses Preta Path

All in all, a lot of info from the chapter for discussions.

Im fairly sure naruto already made a one handed rasengan in the past without sm or kcm.

Im also fairly sure that sasuke has used chidori without sharingan. However as he likes to have sharingan active till he is out of chakra, when he doesnt have sharingan active it is due to not having enough chakra to use it(and you need more chakra to use chidori than you do to use sharingan)

Well susanoo WAS used without any sharingan at all, the very first time it was shown. But it would be nice to get that reasoning from kishi.
