I now know the reason towards the bandage on Naruto's right hand.
Its because he's going to stop Sasuke's chidori with is bare hand.

Scars can actually inhibit the use of a muscle. So if he has a huge scar on his hand it may be hard for Naruto to use it, thus the bandages which provide support.

Or he just wears it to wear it? Lee have bandages on his hand since part 1, Sasuke had 1 of his hands strapped up in part 1 during his fight with Gaara remember?

Spoiler pics show that the bandages run up his whole arm. Did Sasuke just slowly run his chidori across Naruto's entire arm gently cooking it?

Or maybe Sasuke's chidori tears Naruto's arm off and the arm under the bandage is made of chakra. If he can have multiple bijuu arms why not one to replace an existing arm?
