I think its shadow clone of course. That was his first jutsu and sasuke did make fun of it. Plus naruto probably the best shadow clone user in the series, he probably knows how to disguise it from the sharigan.

If it was that easy to distinguish a shadow clone from the real thing, Kaguya would not have had so much trouble finding the real Naruto.

Shadow clones work differently than normal clones, and I am pretty sure the Sharingan can't find the real one.

I do, however, believe that you just have to be intelligent enough to determine fighting patterns to find the real one, which is how most people deal with Naruto's shadow clones anyway. On top of that, the reasons the clones were so ineffective against sharingan users is because they're usually very skilled fighters and can deal with a massively reduced-power Naruto.

Remember, Shadow clones distribute chakra between everybody evenly, meaning every additional clone makes each individual's power less effective, which would make dealing with tons of clones be like dealing with dust on the floor.

No one knows when there's a clone or original... A clone might appear and intercept Sasuke or the one there is, is a clone...
Also,
Sasuke hasn't took all of Kurama's accumulation presumably, Naruto can go SM or a Kurama cloak would suffice to block such a weak attack...
