If Sasuke has Indra's jutsu, why naruto doesn't have Ashura's jutsu?

Just because it's called "Indra's arrow" doesn't mean it's an attack Indra used.

Sasuke mentioned it as being his own atk, so it's a lot more likely that it was simply him naming the atk after Indra.

sasuke has BEEN using arrows. he named the attack indras arrow because indra is a lightning god and sasuke technically believes hes a god now.

What Naruto inherited for being Ashura's reincarnation is life force, stamina, physical energy and the value of others and their power of having many friends... other than that, he has to work hard since he is not a genius.
sasuke is the reincarnation of Indra so its natural that Sasuke can pick up alot of jutsus and flashy moves fast.
