Current Kakashi can outlast him, can do more clones and has more ration variants, his eyes are enough to keep up with part 1 kakashi in taijutsu, genjutsus are countered with clones.
Even though he lacks the sharingan, in my opinion experience is more worth than the 3T sharingan.
current kakashi is faster, stronger, has more knowledge, better ninjutsu and better taijutsu.

no speed, strength and stamina differences ?
The fact that current kakashi lacks the sharingan is huge chakra/stamina boost, he kept up with 6 gate guy in speed (sharingan isn't needed for that)
current Kakashi wielded Zabuzas sword with one hand, i think there are strength differences, too.
All in all current kakashi is better in every area, even in taijutsu due to his improved speed and strength.
