He said that chakra was originally meant for people to connect with each other so that they can understand themselves. We all know that Naruto has mastered giving away his chakra, Kurama said himself that he can channel chakra to everyone. Thanks to this connection he was also able to convey his feelings to everyone (when shinobi were attacked by God Tree). So I think that his answer will be travelling around the world decreasing hatred in people teaching everyone how to connect by their chakra so that they can understand each other.
