Following this he rasengan's Sasuke to the hand, or some sort of major injury, damaging Sasuke's hand.

To be honest unless he's in SM I'm not totally sure about him catching the Chidori, mayhe he does but is the reason his hand is damaged so much but that doesn't make sense it takes him a day to heal any wounds and the Last seems to show them grown by what? a few years or something
