[Discussion] Why Naruto and Sasuke are not equal

To me, well, it's obvious Sasuke is weaker.
He doesn't really have a huge attack like Naruto's Rasenshuriken.
Only thing he has is a rinnegan which lets him absorb ninjutsu, repel ninjutsu, control life or death, summoning, and mechanical limbs.
People saying Sasuke is nerfed is part true.
If Sasuke knew how to preform all these attacks and abilities, I think he would have had a much better chance.
Naruti has the upper hand of course with, basically being half a Juubi, ENORMOUS chakra, and lots of powerful techniques.
All Sasuke really has is Susanoo techniques, Amaterasu, and Chidori.
He needs a new type of jutsu that can compete with a Rasenshuriken.
But what do you guys think?
We all know how's it's gona end:
Sasuke hits a clone, Naruto comes out of nowhere and punches him down, gives a speech, spares him.
Even though I'm hopping for a draw when they both collide with punches to the face.
What is your opinion on my explanation and what will happen next chapter?

Naruto has the power of all bijuu and Sasuke has them but doesn't know how to use them other than what he saw from Kaguya.

Your are right and wrong at the same time, Naruto has only a small portion of their chakra where Sasuke has the Majority of it since having sealed them in their beast forms. It's no surprise he doesn't know their power because he doesn't care to want to understand them or learn anything about them so it stands to reason that the Bijuu wouldn't give a damn to share their abilities with him since he is forcing them to be his tools only using their Chakra which he used for his PS which still got destroyed

If sasuke uses enton on rasenshuriken he will lose because he doesn't have a fire attack that can match rasenshuriken yes the fire will expand when it hits the wind but Narutos attack will push it back towards sasuke and the flames will hurt sasuke and he will get hit with the attack also sasukes attack only matched rasenshuriken because of all the bijuu and he some how tapped into indras power

we haven't seen any rinnegan user besides Pain use shinra tensei, it safe to assume that was just nagato special ability like Rimbo is for madara and S/t is for sasuke.

pretty sure Madara probably had the ability to do that but probably didn't find it that useful like the many others that he could of used, to bad for Sasuke who could of used the experience I guess.

I don't get it...
I just realized how bad Naruto has been rushed.
Sasuke is Kishi's favorite character yet he makes Naruto know everything.
Dojutsu has nothing on pure power like Naruto.
Except for rinnegan but Sasuke only knows what he's seen, which is hardly nothing.
If Sasuke went under Sage training and found his own massive technique in base form, then, it would be evenly matched.
(No one say he has Kirin, that has conditions, all he has in base form is Chidori)

Beside, Naruto had prior experience battling the rinnegan-user in Nagoto/Pain, Obito, and Madara. If anything, Naruto will remember how to counteract Sasuke's preta path.
