It's like Naruto isn't allowed to use Sage Mode against Sasuke

When team 7 reunited at the samurai bridge, it was quite convenient that Naruto ran out of sage mode on his way there.

Now Sauske is fighting in a taijutsu battle against a base Naruto and using both sharingan and Rinnegan.

It's annoying that Naruto has to fight in base and is still matching him. Frog kumite should've ended this skirmish neg diff. U_U

He's too exhausted and strapped for time. If you wanna give him Sage Mode, I can just easily say "Well Sasuke isn't using Susano'o", then you'd say "Well give him Bijuu cloak" and I could say "Well give Sasuke his PS" and you could say "Well give Naruto his Bijuu avatar" and they already tied in that, so it's useless.

Not to mention Sharingan Rinnegan just gave Sasuke a boost in perception, his physical strength, speed, stamina and Taijutsu skill all remained the same, plus they're draining chakra from his already exhausted body, it hardly makes a difference.

He just made like 4 shadow clones.

Is it not Narutos method of using clones to gather nature energy for him? If he had chakra to make that many clones before, then he could've entered sage mode.

Didn't Kurama just gather a whole bunch of Nature energy for him and he put it into his last attack?
Hasn't he been using his SM capabilities throughout?
Wasn't it shown last chapter he was running out of chakra?

He had chakra before. He wasted it on clones and a fail rasengan, when he could've used those clones to gather senjutsu

Obvioulsy, not enough for him to just go straight into SM after USING IT with his BM.

Sasuke still had the chakra to pull a chidori and use AMA but not enough to use his Rinnegan, BECAUSE HE OVER-USED IT.
Same with Naruto.
