I Rated them below 6 too, I don't think they're all that bad but they're just not my cup of tea and yes Impersonally prefer Toriko to FMA, I generally prefer longer stories with a very large world and an epic story (epic as in epic proportions)
Are you saying you need brain power to follow TG or AOT?
I'm sorry if I dont take your lectures on brain power seriously but its because O just can't take someone who's location is "In ur mum fam" seriously
Why even bother to appraise it if it's not your cup of tea then? Just state that you didn't like it, that it's not your style. But saying 4/10 + 3/10 is obviously going to be interpreted as you stating that both series suck and are below average in quality, not that they're not your cup of tea...
More-so than with Toriko or whatever. A child can follow Toriko, but I doubt a child would be able to follow and fully understand what's going in the Manga's of AoT/TG. Admittedly they're not that hard to follow, but they definitely can make you think.
Commenting on someones nonsensical status to discredit the validity of what they're saying...that's pretty low mate.
But anyway, preference and quality are two different things, you should make sure to clearly differentiate between the two in the future.
Anyway, OT:
FMA = 10/10 It's basically like an epitome of Shounen Manga. Imo, it, alongside HxH, are the absolute best Shounen Manga ever.
AoT = 7-9/10 I find it hard to really gauge this manga. It's got a solid plot, is gory, solid action good execution and ambiance, and an entertaining and supposedly well thought out story. My problem with it is that it gives very few answers and a lot of questions and it'll basically be hard to gauge how good AoT really is until those answers are solved in a way that's as brilliant as they're apparently set up to be. Some of the main characters can also feel kinda bland since not all of them are very expressive...
Tokyo Ghoul = 6-9
Same as the above basically. Except that the story is more like a sequence of events that may lack flow.
KHR 4/10 = This manga Ends exactly the same way it starts...Everything in-between is basically just flashy and trashy entertainment, and, considering how long it is, it is most definitely not worth the read.
Yes my Avatar is from there, but that's only because it looks badass, not because I'm a fan of the series of anything.
Ao No Exorcist = Dunno really. I didn't find it very impactful at all. It was sorta just an 'ok I read it' feeling. Meh.
Akame Ga Kill = You know how you're generally wondering who from the main cast, if anybody, is going to die? Well Akame Ga kill makes you wonder who's not going to die. It kills off it's main characters mercilessly, and that's basically the crutch, it's only crutch. Everything else is just pretty standard. Personally I like it, I can see why some may hate it though.
Toriko = Dunno, I read like 30-50 chapters and then dropped it. It seemed like some sort of DBZ + Fist of the North Star fusion, I may pick it up again, but meh, I don't really get where it's hype comes from, I'm sure there are better things to read.
