your chances are unknown to me, you would have to look up the qualifications for it, not really sure of them. but, I've been playing on it a lot ever since I was granted access to it, haven't touched live client in a while.

btw, if you ever do get an account it'll take a while, i put in my application in like april or so and didn't get accepted til the end of september
