Hashirama uses anti aging jutsu like tsunade?

If you guys remeber, It was stated that konoha was founded around 80years ago during Part 1.
Tsunade was 50 at that time. So konoha was 30 years old when Tsunade was born.

Hashirama founded konoha together with madara 80years ago. We can assume that they were around early adulthood probable 27-32yrs old. So we'll use 30.

After the village was founded, Mito gave birth to tsunade's parent. Then after 30 years Tsunade was born.

If we calculate, Hashirama would be around 60 when tsunade was born.

In this scan, it is hinted that hashirama lived long enough to spoil and influence tsunade in gambling

So to estimate, tsunade was around 6-10 at that time which makes hashi 66-70.

Hiruzen died at the age of 68 according to wiki, Yet when he was revived he looked old as fuk, Hashirama was revived Looking like he was around 38, and Edo tensei revives you at the the state when you died (except Madara he was modified)

Well, he's about 5 years younger than hashi, And Also, I think He died earlier than hashi. Remember when they were cornered and tobirama baited the enemies to keep hiruzen and the rest safe?

Quite the point. After the fight of 5 Kage vs Madara it can be nicely surmised that everything Tsunade can do is derived from Hashirama, so it does not seem surprising anyways. And you can also show scenes/panels with the young Tsuna and Hashi interacting as an evidence. No other answer than Hashirama could use a jutsu to look young. Perhaps the same can be said about Tobirama.

Mito only has the yin seal (a seal to store chakra)
She doesn't have the byakugou regeneration .and as tsunade said she is the only one who has it(before sakura activated hers)

Also another reason as to why they didn't use it is because both Hashirama and Tobirama were resurrected by Edo Tensei and looked young. If they were old, they would have looked old like Hiruzen when resurrected.

Edo's are resurrected in the same condition they were in the time of death, except Madara whom Kabuto modified.
