Depends on the Superman we're talking about here. And Superman technically is unbeatable nigh the use of Kryptonite. But for arguments sake, let's say he's destructible. The only way Team 2 wins is if the max Supes goes up to is Man of Steel Superman. Anything beyond that is way too powerful and Superman alone solos. If it's MoS then Team 2 wins comfortably, as Goku has DC scaled to MoS, and Madara and Aizen literally pale in comparison to Kaguya and Bills. Kaguya demolishes Madara, Bills destroys Aizen, and then they gang up on Superman with Goku to win. Again, this is under the premise that lack of Kryptonite can win.
