He can use genjutsu, make shadow clones, chi-block, earth bend, extract chi, control dark spirits, make energy barriers. He's probably the strongest Avatar villain to ever exist, but he lost because of plot. He's stronger than Ozai, Azula, Amon, Unalaq, Zaheer, and Kuvira.

Oh, he was OP though, maybe that's why he was put in a video game. He can teleport too, so I don't see how Korra beat him. He also reminds me of Sakon and Ukon with the conjoined bodies.
