40 damage per drop. Damn D:It actually causes 40 damage O^O
Minato then smiles as Jugram gives him the answer. It was well done, they still had a long road though. Minato then threw a scroll with some writing on it. It explained the jutsu, in case Jugram needed it again one day.
"The jutsu you just learned!"
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user does the necessary handseals and focuses chakra into the rain, the rain draws together and forms several bullets of rain. The "bullets" fall at an accelerated rate and feel like large rocks falling from the sky.
"Now, the next one. A pretty basic technique, where you will form the necessary hand seals, and place out your hands in front of you. Then, you will use your Rain based chakra to gather up a large amount of Rain and create a wall of solid water in front of you. Your hands are connected to it though, so be weary of Lightning and such. It is a great supplementary technique, use it against my clone's weak Taijutsu!"
Minato then creates a clone that runs towards Jugram with great speed.
Weaving the necessary hand seals I release suiton chakra into the rain falling as your clone charges at me and prepares to strike me with a high kick to my chest. Quickly I outstretch my arm after completing the hand seals needed for the technique and cause the rain to condense and gather on my arm creating a solid wall of rain water that meets your clone causing his kick to strike the wall instead of me.
Nice technique I suppose. It does require 'handseals' so that is something important to keep in mind when you're using this to block taijutsu and other techniques. So it may not be fast enough to block certain things in very close range. One major issue I have with this technique is that your body is part of the wall as you use your arm to create the wall. This is a major issue when fighting someone who frequently uses lightning and can easily inflict some pretty good damage with Nagashi after they strike the wall. Although that will most likely mean depending on their usage that they are struck too. So it just takes a lot of careful usage. This technique other than that is quite nice and overall useful depending on the situation you're in.
