Before time skip , he had brown hair, brown eyes, and fair skin. His clothing consisted of a white v-neck undershirt with a brown vest and brown trousers. He also wore a brown poncho to covered himself from the cold. He was seen with ice skates but was never seen wearing them.
Jack currently has white hair, striking blue eyes, and pale skin. He has a tall stature, albeit slim. His clothing is a blue hooded sweater, frost collecting around the ring of the collar, and trousers bound with lighter material starting from the knee down to the rather tattered and frayed bottom, and is barefoot throughout the movie.
He carries around a staff with a G-shaped arch, resembling a shepherd's crook

Jack Frost is a mischievous teenage hellion who has no interest in being bound by rules or obligations, and rather instead favors spreading his winter magic for the sake of the personal amusement of himself and children. Despite these traits, Jack is also gentle and generous.
The source of Jack's anti-social behavior towards the Villagers and refusal to adhere to rules was mostly because of his frustration with the Mizukage never answering his questions about who he was or why he was born, and also because he was not able to communicate to human, because he was always kept in isolation. But as Jack spends time in the villager's company, each individual would have an effect on him that would change him from a mischief-making winter spirit to a full-fledged Shinobi in his own right, as well a hero.
It was his refusal to give up in the face of overwhelming odds that enabled him to help save a whole village, Jack's desire to protect villagers, as he once did his sister, helped him realize his center; Fun.
Jack proudly accepted the duties and responsibilities as the Shinobi. His purpose, is to spread the feelings of fun, joy, and happiness to bolster the faith villagers have in the Mizukage.

Jackson Overland Frost lives in the Kirigakure village. He remembers nothing about his past except that he was trying to save his sister one day and fell into the Icy lake in Yukigakure. He was told that after that incident he went to a comatose state and was sleeping for more than five years when he woke up. The village elders for some reason let him live in the Mizukage mansion and didn't allow him to have any kind of social communication. The reason behind this was unknown until later. This social isolation made jack into a naughty and mischievous boy who thought of no one but himself. He tried many times to ask Mizukage to tell him the truth behind him, but always was rejected. On the fateful day the Kaguya clan attacked the Kirigakure, something that the elders feared happened and Jack's true potential came out. He possessed a Kekkei Genkai of Yuki clan. With this power jack saved a whole small town in Kirigakure by himself against the odds. He fought to his heart and saved the people fighting ten members of the kaguya clan all by himself. The villagers watched this valor of Jack and started to ask questions from village elder about the hero that saved them The elders had no other option but to tell jack that he was a member of then extinct clan of Kirigakure known as Yuki. And that they feared if the villagers found out about his true identity they would just kill him, but now that the villagers have accepted him. It's his choice to live in Mizukage's mansion or Village. Jack chose to live in the village and made a lot of friends. With the hole of sadness in his heart filled Jack changed his personality and became a well groomed shinobi rather than a naughty lad. He now resides in the Kirigakure village and is one of it's top shinobi.
