Just think about it.

Susano'o enhanced with the strength of hundred technique would be OP. As well as Sharingan with the strength of a hundred or if he/she could use chakra scalpel the way that Kabuto does. Still, u can look at Naruto and see that just because the parents are talented doesn't mean the children will be.

I don't understand why everybody assumes that if two shinobi have children, automatically they will inherit abilities from both parents. This isn't some kind of fusion, it's another human being. I mean, did Naruto have chakra chains, super reflexes, and FTG? Hizashi and Hiashi were of equal strength, yet their children were on completely different levels. None of the Suna children have their father's Magnet Release.
