[Question] So Mihawk ties with Akainu, right?

It's a very popular opinion (on this board at least) that Mihawk can beat Aokiji. And given we don't know the circumstances of the fight he had with Akainu, and the fact that the fight went on for 10 days, I believe we an agree that Akainu won by the skin of his teeth, barely a hair... but still won. So since the gap between them is so small, we can assume Mihawk can tie with Akainu, right?

LOL no. On the same tier as a Yonko and the greatest swordsman in all of the world, Mihawk is pretty well rated. Remember, by portrayal, Mihawk>one of the Gorosei, who are probably very very strong, so he's not really overrated.

I personally think Mihawk wins extreme diff only reason Im saying this is because in the past Mihawk used to clash with Shanks someone whom I personally think would Mid/high diff Akainu U_U. I mean cmon now Akainu is a guy that can take island level punches and still get back up to fight....Akainu is not to be underestimated and the same can be said about Mihawk.

I don't think Mihawk is Yonko level. And Akainu will be Luffy's opponent in final war.

Akainu wins extreme diff, marines strongest fighter isnt going to be a shichibukai, but the FA, Mihawk is going to be zoro final boss, while akainu is going to be luffy pre-final or final boss, considering the final war against the WG than the bond created between akainu and luffy will result in the final fight of these two, his importance to the story is bigger than what mihawks is, since the TS oda has been hyping akainu and BB nad even before ts, while mihawk is just some linear character who is there just to be beaten, I doubt we will even see a backtstory about him, there is even the chance of shilliew taking his head and fight zoro for the final war, that being said akainu importance is bigger than Mihawk and at this rate bigger than any yonko except BB, oda even had the interview that if akainu was a protagonist he would get to OP in 1 year time, hes been hyped up since the ts as the main fighter of luffy together with BB, oh and Mihawk fighting shanks is a complete ? in my mind, he may have fought a young shanks, but its been like 10-15 years since shanks lost his arm, and Mihawk stopped dueling him, 10 years time can make a character grow from fodder to top tier, not saying shanks was fodder but definitely weaker than a yonko level.

Akainu went toe to toe with the WSM, stronger than any yonko, to think that he cant fight yonkos on par is just some fanboys who tend to dickride the yonkos without a single feat but try to compare them to WB even though manga has told us that WB>anyone, u cant argue with fanboys, thats a rule.

According to my scaling of EOS Zoro, he should be capable to high diff pretimeskip Akainu. Not sure about post-timeskip Akainu though who most likely is stronger than ever

When you stack up Mihawk against Akainu. There are many points that tell me that perhaps in a battle to death against Akainu, Mihawk may emerge victorious.

Some of these points are,
Speed - Akainu is a slug.
Weapon - Mihawk has a super weapon with which to fight.
Range - Mihawk does not need to be in close range to strike down akainu
Age - Mihawk is around 10 years younger to Akainu
Haki - Hmm not sure how strong Mihawks Haki is, but if he specializes in armament haki then Akainu may kiss his ass goodbye.
+ Not handicapped by a devil fruit. + very elegant fighting style (Nearly scarless)
