And that's funny because after all those power ups with Sasuke, he was not able to land a single fatal blow against Kaguya or Naruto.

An ambush attack with Instant Teleport(at the back)+Chidori wasn't able to hit Kaguya, yet Naruto manage to cut an arm of Kaguya face to face.

Well, it makes sense though. Naruto is a sage cloaked in natural energy while Sasuke is a mere dot moving in that energy. Kaguya being also a sage can detect Sasuke in the flow of natural energy, but she cannot predict Naruto who is the new Sage of the six paths. Yeah, Naruto is a sage of the six paths because he has the senjutsu of the six paths.

Senjutsu user = Sage
Senjutsu of the six path user = Sage of the Six Paths.
