The Bijuus, Sasuke, Naruto, and all the people Madara fought if it was him instead of Madara?
Like Madara was a Good guy, and Hashirama was the bad one. Hashirama presumably has a Madara's face in his Body (has a Madara Senjutsu power), (Reversed roles), and is alive.
Briefly, would Hashirama do the same as Madara did if their roles were reversed?
Just curious; wanna see what you guyz think.
If the roles were reversed according to your requirements...Hashirama would literally be Madara, since you swapped their powers no?

If reversed according to canon...during the warring states period hashirama would have beaten other clans into submission and created Konoha as a conqueror.
Either the Uchiha would've been massacred beforehand or he would have subjugated them too...maybe leading to discovering the tablet and forcing an Uchiha to decipher it. At this point he would have either already killed Madara and thus he would take his ems or Madara escaped in the past and returns to free the Uchiha and would then be killed by Hashirama, who would proceed to take his Ems...Hashirama would've gathered the Bijuu for himself rather than giving them as a peace offering and thus he would become Juubi Jinchuuriki long before Naruto's timeline(side note...sand village would've been destroyed in order to get shukaku and Uzumaki possibly massacred due to their sealing jutsu possibly being a threat)
Then he would initiate the Infinite Tsukuyomi, solo'd Nv...note he wouldn't need to sync with gedo mazo to preserve his life due to his own powerful life-force, so bz might not have found a way to get inside him.(Assuming that is how it got into madara in order to trick him into thinking it was his will)
This leads to two situations-Either bz Succeeds in a surprise attack and give hashirama a *** change
Or Hashirama sense's Bz and kill's it...leading to everyone in It turning into zetsu and Hashirma being the last thing alive.
