Hi guys,
First of all I exclude gods and people who lived 00s of years ago. Then exclude Bijuu powers (as it is not one own technique, i.e. if Kakashi had sealed the Juubi inside himself rather than Obito then he would have become n1 most powerful, similar if Guy, Neji or even Kiba..
eww: well probably not Kiba). So let's exclude Jinchuuriki.
Given this, the ranking below is pretty undisputable*:
1 Hashirama SM/Madara (rinnegan)
2 Madara/Hasirama
3 - Nagato
4 - Kabuto DSM
5 - Naruto SM
6 - Sasuke EMS
7 - Minato
8 - Itachi
(*Naruto and Sasuke are here because of their role and the fact that they are the heir of Indra and Asura & Hashirama&Madara; Itachi and Minato are here because their fanbase is so huge that there is no point asking a question about them, they would be put first constantly if Hashirama, Madara, Nagato & Kabuto DSM hadn't kicked their asses beyond any possible argument).
Now, here is my REAL question:
Who, among the pot of Tier2 characthers do you think should complete the top 10? Pick 2 from the T2 list below (can't think of any one else tbh, don't think akatsuki guys, tsunade and mizukage would ever remotely make the top ten).
Jiraiya,
Tobirama
Hiruzen
Orochimarau
Killer B
A
Mu
3rd Mizukage (they killed each other, so if Mu is in, the other has to as well as they are on par in the manga)
Onoki (TBH I don't know why this loser is here, but in many forums ppl seem to consider him strong)
3rd Raikage
Obito MS
Danzo
