[Discussion] does anyone think the "LEGION" manga hero looks like suigetsu?

i just saw Mr.casual misfits's manga "LEGION:KING OF KINGS".It is a computer drawn manga inspired comic(left to right).
drawings are good and story starts off mmorg themed(reminds me of log-horizon).

There's many references to naruto here and there.But the hero...HE HAS THAT "SUIGETSU" LOOK IN NARUTO?xd

What do you guys think?

this guy needs some serious character design skills.
