- Itachi solo glanced Orochimaru, Naruto and Deidara
I cant include Kabuto because thats not the definition of solo.

Technically, it was Kaguya's. Maddie was a merely mechanism used to achieve her goal. If she didn't want him to cast the IT he wouldn't have end of story. So gratz for taking credit from another charater as your fav's OP.

Itachi, for he doesn't need a glance at all. Madara would be second. Sasuke last only because the bijuu are basically designed to be controlled by the sharingan and it's rather impossible to glance 9 monsters at the same time; it's like they were all starring at him wanting to be under genjutsu.

Edit: Itachi also soloed/freed himself of Edo.
