Not entirely true. Madaras techniques with Susanoo aren't nearly as good as Sasukes. Madara reached the peak of his strength with Susanoo fighting Hashirama. Madara can't utilize ninjutsu and MS techs to combine with his susanoo. Sasukes uses the powers of the rinnegan and MS differently.
Umm, are you saying that 1 eyed jj madara is on rikudo's level? Lol get your facts straight the sage is incredibly strong, stronger than dual rinnegan jj madara. The sage only gave sasuke 50% of his chakra and yet he's so powerful...this should tell you something about how strong rikudo is. He did make the moon and the bijuu after all

You're correct about the Susanoo techniques part, but 3 rinnegan madara will have a stronger Susanoo, there's no denying it, he has more Rikidou chakra, Senjustu chakra, and bijuu chakra.
Madara doesn't need to utilize MS, he has rinne 6 paths including asura path that can just nuke sasuke's Susanoo if madara spams it.
Madara has the more superior Susanoo, this isn't up for debate.
Sasuke got his Susanoo this strong because of Rikidou chakra and bijuu chakra.
Madara has more Rikidou chakra, more bijuu chakra, and Senjustu chakra.

2) Juubi Jinchurki Yin-Yang Prime Hagoromo

The third eye doesn't even have hype, not to mention only 1 feat. It's literally just there to activate Infinite Tsukuyomi. It doesn't make Madara stronger with the Juubi Eye on his forehead. So while you are right Sasuke isn't on DR JJ Madara's level, there's nothing to surpass beyond that, unless you also take IT into consideration.
